Donna Benjamin is the Talent Practice Lead for Benchmark Talent Advisory, the people and leadership arm of Benchmark Business Advisory. A former Chief People Officer with more than 25 years' experience building teams and leaders in businesses of every size, Donna helps SME owners hire well, develop confident leaders, and get their HR foundations sorted. It's practical, commercially grounded support that connects people decisions to business results. She is formally qualified in HR, Management, Coaching and Wellness and is a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute (FCPHR) and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
